Uganda's Athletes Shine at East African Championships

Ugandan middle-distance runners dominated the East African Athletics Championships held in Nairobi, winning 8 gold medals. Joshua Cheptegei set a new meet record in the 10,000m, while Halimah Nakaayi took gold in the 800m. The team is now gearing up for the World Championships in Budapest.
